A talent manager said this against Angel Locsin
Actress-philanthropist Angel Locsin allegedly is “plastic” and “sarcastic”, according to a talent manager.
Angel has earned the moniker “the real Darna” for her charity works amid various calamities in the Philippines. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, she is also one of the most active celebrities in extending help to a lot of people.
However, despite having these charitable endeavors, Angel still receives negative comments and criticisms, especially when she criticizes the government for what she believes is right.
Most of her critics are supporters of the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte. Vlogger Banat By, a known DDS or die-hard Duterte supporter, tested positive for COVID-19. He was one of the pro-Duterte vloggers who also criticize Angel Locsin.
Upon learning this news, the actress issued a statement through her post on her Instagram Story. She encouraged her followers not to wish ill against the vlogger.
“I’ve been receiving messages about a vlogger who’s been habitually criticizing me and is now positive of Covid. Let’s not wish ill of him. Nobody deserves Covid. Hope you get well soon,” the actress said in her post.

However, this did not sit well with a talent manager, based on the article by columnist Rose Garcia in Abante Entertainment. The said talent manager, who is a pro-Duterte said that the actress was being “plastic” and “sarcastic” for saying that about Banat By.
Meanwhile, Angel’s friend and fellow actress Alessandra de Rossi agreed to what she said. Alex said, “Totoo naman. Nobody deserves it. Get well soon na lang talaga.”
Alessandra is one of the celebrities who attests that Angel has a good heart. In his tribute post for Angel, Alex said that she does not need to enter politics in order to serve people because she and been doing this for a long time now.
“Minsan nadadala ng emosyon. Hello? Obvious ba? Napakalaking puso ang nasayo. Natural yun. Tao ka. Sira ulo ka. Mahal kita. Teka? May tribute?” Alex added in her “tribute” post for her friend.
