Manila City Offers Cash Prizes if Kids Do the “Stay at Home” TikTok Challenge
The Manila City local government offers cash prizes and challenge kids to do “Stay at Home” TikTok challenge during the Feast of San Roque in District IV.
As the Barangay 438 in Manila City will celebrate its yearly Feast of San Roque, the Manila government found a creative way to make children stay at home amid the threat of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

In a Facebook post of Manila PIO, they announced that they will be hosting a “Stay at Home” TikTok challenge. But the challenge is exclusive for the children in Barangay 438 as part of the celebration of fiesta.
“Inaanyayahan ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Brgy. 438 ang mga KIDS na sumali sa kanilang patimpalak na “Stay at Home TikTok Challenge” bilang parte ng piyesta ng San Roque sa Distrito IV,” said on the Facebook post.
Those who want to participate should upload a TikTok video doing the challenge on their Facebook timeline. They should include these hashtags (#BRGY437, #HappyFiestaSanRoque, #staysafe) on their caption while they are uploading their video.
The city is offering cash prizes to the winners. Five winners are to receive P200 each, two will receive P500 each, and the biggest cash prize of P1,000 goes to one lucky winner. The submission of their entries is until August 15.
