Zapote Market Under Lockdown As Vendors Test Positive For COVID-19

Zapote Market Under Lockdown After Vendors, Marshal Positive For Virus

ZAPOTE MARKET UNDER LOCKDOWN – The Bacoor City Public Market or the “Zapote Market” has been shutdown for one week.

This was due to vendors and marshals in the market testing positive for the new coronavirus, COVID-19 as part of the local government’s mass testing efforts. In a Facebook post, the city government of Bacoor announced:

(The Bacoor City Public Market or more popularly known as Zapote Market will temporarily be closed starting tomorrow August 11 until August 18 after the Local Government learned there were vendors and marshals who tested positive in the mass testing conducted on August 7).
