Ciara Sotto Launches Philippine Pole and Aerial Sports Association

Ciara Sotto founded the Philippines’ national team for pole and aerial sports

Actress-singer Ciara Sotto announced in her recent Instagram post that she is officially launching the Philippine Pole and Aerial Sports Association (PPASA).

This will be the country’s national team for pole and aerial sports. In 2010, the former Eat Bulaga host got hooked into pole dancing. In her Tunay na Buhay feature on GMA, she shared that since she hated to go to the gym, she needed a new dance class in order to lose weight.

So, pole dancing came into her list of interests and it has become her passion as years went by. It was challenging for her and very addicting. Ciara also teaches pole dancing. Now, she took her passion and profession to the next level.

In her recent IG post, she announced that she organized the PPASA. “As the Founder and President of the PPASA, I have been working on this for more than 2 years. I am very grateful to the Philippine Olympic Committee for finally recognizing us,” she said.
