One of them is the restaurant owner and well-known philanthropist Rad Pelayo, who aims to give complimentary meals to frontliners who have recently complained of hardship and fatigue due to the continuing rise of COVID-19 cases in the country.

Medical frontliners complained that they almost no longer able to relax for themselves, and even their colleagues are also affected by the disease. As a result, Rad announce his project on his Facebook account.
