“No Face Mask & No Face Shield, No Entry” Rule Now Implemented in Municipalities of Cainta and Tatay Rizal

Cainta and Taytay municipalities in Rizal have already imposed the “No Face Mask & No Face Shield, No Entry” policy.

Cainta Ordinance No. 2020-025 requires all residents to wear face mask and face shield in public places as well as private establishment at all times. Residents could not enter those establishment without the protective equipment.

The residents should observe the policy in government offices, financial institutions, courier service centers, remittance centers, supermarkets, markets, hospitals, and drugstores. Executive Order No. 10 Series of 2020 has been also issued by Cainta Mayor Johnielle Keith Nieto to support the ordinance.

Anyone who will violate the policy would be fined of P1,000 and would require to attend at least three hours of awareness campaigns or seminars on coronavirus disease.

Meanwhile, the Taytay local government also issued the Ordinance No. 44 Series of 2020 requiring the residents to wear face shield and face mask in public places during MECQ.
