Editor of Bulgar released this statement in line with the issue with Catriona Gray
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray cried foul over an article released by Bulgar about her alleged “malicious photo” and entertainment editor Janice Navida released this statement.
Catriona resulted in legal measures to clear her name against her edited photos to make it look that she was not wearing any clothes.
Based on the previous report, the beauty queen demanded public apology from Bulgar and P10 million for publishing the malicious write-up against her.
She stressed that she was “extensively offended” and “blatantly shamed” because of the article with her fake photo. Based on the article from PEP, Josabeth “Joji” Alonso the legal counsel of Catriona send a demand letter to Bulgar for cyber libel and libel complaints.

In line with this issue, Janice Navida wrote this letter to Catriona Gray. The entertainment editor stressed that she understands what the beauty queen felt over this malicious rumors against her.
However, Navida said that they are not the enemy of the Miss Universe 2018. Here is the full statement of the Bulgar entertainment editor.
“I understand how you felt when this news came out.
“It’s a natural reaction of a person being destroyed helplessly, especially you’re holding the most prestigious title.
“But please consider to understand that we are here not to be your enemy but to help you clear your name ‘coz we know the feeling that you are being talked about behind your back and you have no way to defend yourself.”
