Here Is The List Of Areas Placed Under Lockdown In Antipolo
ANTIPOLO PLACED UNDER LOCKDOWN – Six additional areas were placed under lockdown in Antipolo City, Rizal.
The lockdown would last for a week in a bid to flatten the spread of the new coronavirus within the community. According to an article from ABS-CBN, only frontliners, employees with valid company IDs, and residents with medical emergencies may leave.

Here is the list of the areas under quarantine:
- Phase 2, COGEO Village, Bgy. Bagong Nayon
- Upper Sto. Niño, Bgy. Sta. Cruz
- Lower Ruhat III, Bgy. Mambugan
- Phase 2, Sta. Elena Subd., Bgy. San Jose
- Phase 2, Peace Village, Bgy. San Luis
- College View Park HOAI, Purok 4, Zone 8, Bgy. Cupang
As per the article, food packs would be distributed to the residents while under lockdown. Meanwhile, those who hold quarantine passes are allowed to shop for essentials within the 7-day lockdown, Mayor Andeng Ynares stated.

Earlier, Antipolo imposed a lockdown in 2 areas in Barangay Dela Paz which is about to end this Friday. Along with this, the Antipolo New Public market was also placed under lockdown due to community transmissions of the deadly disease.

Mayor Andeng Ynares stated
Currently, the Philippines has confirmed 58,850 cases of COVID-19, roughly 1,000-shy of UP’s 60,000 case prediction. Of this number, over 1,600 have died while 20,976 have recovered.
