Morissette Amon Mourns Death Of Her Dog Luna
MORISSETTE AMON – ABS-CBN singer-songwriter Morissette Amon is grieving the death of her beloved pet dog Luna.
Filipina singer Morissette Amon rose to fame when she finished runner-up on TV5’s Star Factor. In 2013, she competed at ABS-CBN’s reality tv singing competition ‘The Voice of the Philippines.’
In 2014, the 24-year-old singer became part of the Sunday afternoon show, ASAP. She was introduced as one of the “Homegrown Divas.”
Morissette Amon mourned the passing of her pet dog named Luna. She shared the sad news on her Instagram account on Wednesday, July 15. She expressed the sadness she’s currently feeling.
The singer said her dog died after being stricken with the highly contagious viral disease of dogs, canine parvovirus (CPV). It causes acute gastrointestinal illness in puppies.

Morissette Amon shared photos and videos of Luna. She said “My Luna, gone too soon, to Parvo..My heart still breaks, but we have peace knowing you’re in a much better place now and that you’re not hurting anymore.”
The Kapamilya singer also extended her appreciation to the family of her boyfriend Dave Lamar for allowing her to bring Luna back to their ranch, “where [she had] spent the most time with us.”
Morissette said she will miss her pet dog and she will forever remain in her heart. “My sweet baby, you’re incomparable. Your light and love is one that we’ll carry in our hearts forever, to the moon and back,” she said.
