Lady Jeweler Seeks Raffy Tulfo’s Help After Pinay Actress Tanya Montenegro Fails to Pay Gold Jewelries
The Filipina actress Tanya Montenegro is now facing complaints from a jeweler for not paying gold jewelries worth P210,000.
The complainant identified as Naria Lourdes Bengoechea sought the help of the veteran radio broadcaster Raffy Tulfo after the Pinay celebrity Tanya Montenegro failed to pay the gold jewelries.
Naria Lourdes revealed that the actress ordered some expensive jewelries from her but failed to pay her several times. She revealed that Naria took two gold necklaces with medallion pendants.
Bengoechea explained that Montenegro told her that one of the necklaces is for the actress Snooky Serna. Tanya promised that she would pay the lady jeweler in due time specifically within 10 months.
However, Lourdes did not receive the payment through checks and other forms of payment promised by the actress.
Raffy Tulfo and his staff tried to contact the celebrity several times but the latter was not responding. The radio broadcaster invited Tanya to his station for an explanation and give her side of the story.
Montenegro is best known for her role in the 1984 film “Campus Beat,” “Isang platitong mani,” and “Anak ni Waray vs Anak ni Biday.”
