Video footage of a father who cried after his beloved motorcycle was sold to feed his family amid COVID-19 pandemic touch netizens’ hearts.
The country is still struggling with how to get rid of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The Philippine government is under pressure giving subsidies to distressed Filipinos.
Lots of Filipinos lose to their jobs and livelihoods are greatly affected by the pandemic and only depending on the assistance given by the government. As a result, poor families are forced to sell their beloved items just to survive the everyday needs.
In Facebook post of Norlene Marciano, she shares a heart warming video of her father who become emotional after he sell his beloved motorcycle. According to the post, her father sells his motorcycle to pay electricity and water bills.

She said on her post, that was her father first bought, favorite, and dream motorcycle. Her father could resist any hard situations and pain but when it comes to his motorcycle he becomes very emotional.
She also added that when they are filming their father crying they are just smiling, pretending to be okay but deep inside they were also hurt as they see their father sacrifices the one of the most important thing in his life.
The emotional father has gone viral on social media as many netizens were touched as they also experience the same situation. Netizens also express various reactions towards the crying father.
