Gilmore Alleged Modus Operandi Exposed, Discount Turns To Downgrade
GILMORE ALLEGED MODUS EXPOSED – An angry netizen shared a video showing an alleged scam being conducted in Gilmore.
For the longest time, Gilmore has become one of the most well-known names when it comes to retail computer parts. However, the company has also been known to do some allegedly shady dealings.
If you’re not a tech-savvy person, some people say that you might get scammed if you chose to buy here. Apparently, Mark Nelson Fajardo Salazar was one of these people who allegedly got scammed.

In the video, you could see the woman in red and the guy holding the camera arguing with an employee from Gilmore. They came back to the shop disheartened, disappointed, and angry with what the employee did to them.
The buyers, since they already bought a lot of items from the store, asked if they could get a discount of their total purchase. Afterward, the Gilmore employee agreed to give them a lowered price.
Originally, they asked for a 1TB hard drive with their total bill being P21,700. Then, they asked for a discount, and their bill lowered to P21,200. However, the employee suddenly changed the original 1TB hard drive to a 500GB one.
So, what actually happened was a downgrade instead of a “discount”.
