Vico Visits SHS Graduate Who Ranked 1st in the Highest Average Grade in Pasig
Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto visits the Senior High School (SHS) graduate who was ranked first in the highest average grade in Pasig.
The Pasig Mayor surprise the honorable student, Jhazmine Ariene Sonio, as he visits it personally and congratulates it for earning the highest average grade among all senior high school students in Pasig City.
Sonio is from the STEM Strand of Buting Senior High School and she becomes the top 1 in the Division of Pasig City Graduating Class of 2020. Mayor Vico came to the house of Sonio and gave her P2,500 worth of gift certificate for her achievement.

Sonio also received a personal message from the Mayor in her yearbook. She said that she got shocked as she didn’t expect that the most admired mayor of Pasig would visit in her house.
“Nung nakita ko po si Vico na lumalapit na papunta po sa bahay namin sobrang nagulat po ako kasi di ko po talaga expected. Like ‘Si Mayor Vico pupunta rito? Parang ‘di naman,” she said.
Sonio added that she couldn’t believe the mayor could lend some extra time and visit her personally for congratulating her despite a busy schedule. Sonio shared on her Facebook account that she is very grateful for the surprise visit and having the highest average grade in the city.
“Hindi ko talaga alam if deserve ko ‘to. Sinadya pa ako ni Mayor Vico kahit busy siya para lang sabihin na ako raw may pinakamataas na average sa buong Pasig sa SHS. Sobrang thank you Lord!” she added.
