The 51-year old suspect was previously taken to the emergency room to undergo medical treatment after he received an injury from an incident.

For what reason, di rin po namin alam,”

During the incident, QC Police District Crime Investigation and Detection Unit operatives happened to be there and tried to negotiate with the guard.

Based on the report, the suspect surrendered after 5 to 10 minutes, while the doctor who was taken hostage by the suspect, calmed him down.
