A lot of netizens also expressed their disappointment towards the courier company for receiving damaged items. However, the company explained that it was an isolated incident and the involved workers would face corresponding sanctions and penalties.

A Facebook user named Paolo Pangan has posted the photos of his broken kitchenware delivered by J&T Express. The controversial photos garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the photos, it can be seen that the kitchenware is badly damaged and the glass of the pitcher has been broken into pieces. The parcel was packed inside of a plastic bag with the logo of J&T Express.
