BB Gandanghari Reveals Details About Marriage of Rustom Padilla & Carmina Villarroel
BB Gandanghari broke his silence on the relationship and marriage of Rustom Padilla with Carmina Villarroel before.
Undeniably, one of the most prominent celebrity breakups is the separation of Rustom Padilla and Carmina Villarroel. The two (2) celebrities were married for three (3) years before they parted ways in 1997.
The separation of Rustom and Carmina was surrounded by issues. There were rumors that the actor’s gender preference was the reason why his marriage with his wife did not work out.
Rustom Padilla and Carmina Villarroel lived separate lives. She found a new love in actor Zoren Legaspi, her husband now with whom she has twin children.

In 2006, Rustom Padilla revealed his gender preference inside the Pinoy Big Brother house. Undeniably, many were surprised by what the actor did. It was followed by him saying that Rustom is dead and he is now BB Gandanghari.
Undeniably, many are still curios about the relationship of Rustom and Carmina before. Although there are really cases like it, both of them are prominent personalities.
Recently, BB Gandanghari broke his silence on the relationship of Rustom Padilla and Carmina Villarroel. According to him, Rustom really loved Carmina and he was really devastated when they separated.
According to BB, Rustom did not fight for Carmina when she decided to leave their relationship as it was a time for them to think. He stressed that she is a blessing to his life.
BB Gandanghari also revealed that Rustom Padilla talked to Carmina Villarroel before he came out. He got her support just as how he supported her when she was coming home to the Philippines with her kids although their marriage was not yet annulled.
According to BB, Rustom knew that it was already the end for him and Carmina when his brother-in-law, the actress’ brother, asked him to call the actress. He assured him that even if they won’t talk, he won’t file a case against his ex-wife.
In the video, BB stressed that it was Rustom’s dream to have a family and to be a good husband and provider. However, it crashed before his very own eyes. When he got married, that’s when his insecurities as a man started coming out.
BB Gandanghari clarified that Rustom Padilla was not thinking that he will be “BB” after several years then. He stressed that there is no question to his love for Carmina Villarroel and she is still the woman he’ll court if he is a man again.
