Shooting Incident In Midsayap, Cotabato Left With Father And Son Dead
SHOOTING INCIDENT IN MIDSAYAP – 2 men were killed while one more was injured after getting shot by unknown assailants in Midsayap, Cotabato.
According to ABS-CBN News, authorities have identified the fatelities as Paitin Lando, aged 53 and a kagawad in Barangay Nabalawag; and Noron Mulod, his son, 18 years of age.
The incident occurred in a boundary between Barangay Central Glad and Lower Glad in the said town.
Based on the report, initial probe shows that the victims were aboard their vehicle when they were shot by unknown assailants who were at the side of the road.
Furthermore, the victims’ companion, identified as Sueb Balating Kalambi, aged 21, was injured from the incident.
The Midsayap police deduced that the victim might have an altercation with the assailants, which might be the motive of the crime.
