FIRST COVID-19 CASE IN TALISAY CITY – The government of Talisay City, Negros Occidental recently recorded its first COVID-19 case,
This was confirmed by Talisay city mayor Neil E. Lizares, who added that proper safety and security protocols are now being conducted.
Lizares said that contact-tracing procedures are also prioritized in the most efficient manner.
The mayor further urged the public to fully cooperate with the city to better address the situation to minimize casualties and prevent the spread of virus.
He added that he reminded the residents, especially those from Barangay Zone 4-A (possibly where the first case resides) to observe the protocol.
The information of the first case in the city is still undisclosed as of this posting.
