Is Sam YG planning to settle down?
TV and radio host Sam YG was asked if he is planning to get married anytime soon and here is his answer to this question.
Sam, as most avid television viewers know became popular when he joined the Dabarkads of Eat Bulaga. For quite some time, he has done this hosting stint while appearing in some TV shows.
A few years back, he had a relationship with fellow Kapuso talent Joyce Pring. However, in 2017, the former couple ended their relationship. Following that breakup, based on the article from GMA Entertainment, Sam posted photos of the “mystery girl”.
Later on, it was identified that the woman is Essa Santos who previously worked as a business development manager. She also worked as a PR & digital marketing officer for an integrated marketing communications agency in Makati City in the past.
Since the time when Sam YG posted photos of the “mystery girl”, his love life is in full bloom. During a recent interview with The Philippine Star, the TV/radio host shared that he was still able to make ways to see Essa amid the lockdown.
The said period in the country is indeed difficult for all the couple who are apart. However, Sam said, “I’m lucky, I’m still able to see my girlfriend naman kahit noong lockdown. So, basta during curfew hours.”
For him, that situation was not too bad for them as a couple. He was also asked if he has any plans of settling down soon.
Sam YG said that as of now, he is not thinking about getting married while the situation due to the pandemic is difficult. “Well see, you know, there’s time and place for everything but for now, what’s my priority is getting back to normal,” he said during the interview.
