Nabua Town Barangay Captain Stabbed By Barangay Violator
NABUA TOWN – A barangay captain was recently stabbed to death by a quarantine violator in Nabua town, Camarines Sur on Sunday night.
According to Inquirer, Bicol regional police spokesperson Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib identified the fatality as Teopilo Braga of Barangay Bustrac.
The quarantine protocol violator was identified as Dominguito Quipo Jr., who is also a resident of the said village.
Police investigations show that Braga was patrolling on his motorcycle when he spotted Quipo loitering around the area at around 8:30 PM.
The moment the victim approached Quipo, the latter drew a bladed weapon and stabbedthe victim multiple times.
As per the report, Quipo fled away after the incident, while the barangay captain died on his way to the hospital.
