With the lead of the Special Mayor’s Reaction Team and Manila Bureau of Permit and Licensing Office, they apprehended the two suspects who ran the said business.

The Manila Health Department further issued a cease and desist order and closure order for the said establishment, which was discovered to have run without a sanitary permit.

As per the report, retrieved from the suspects were 12 boxes of liquor and some condiments from the soup station.

The suspects will be charged for violating general community quarantine guidelines, liquor ban, Omnibus Revenue Code, and Code on Sanitation of the Philippines.
