Cops Shove Elderly Man Hitting Head On Pavement Amid Peaceful Protest

COPS SHOVE ELDERLY MAN – Police from Buffalo were caught on video shoving an elderly man to the ground during a peaceful protest.

According to a report from TMZ, the man approached the police in a non-threatening, non-physical manner. However, the police used unnecessary force after shouting at the old man.

The protest was on Niagara Square on Thursday night. People gathered together to voice out against police brutality and injustice over the death of George Floyd.

The police shoved the old man, causing him to lose his balance and fall over. This led to his head hitting the ground. In the video captured by WBFO’s Mike Desmond, you could see the elderly man bleeding as he fell flat on the floor.

Luckily, two medics quickly came forward and treated him, and helped carry him in an ambulance. Meanwhile, our people were arrested on disorderly conduct charges for blocking traffic in Niagara Square during the protest

As per the report, the condition of the man is currently unknown. As per the report, a representative from the Buffalo Police Department allegedly told the reporter that the man sustained injuries as he tripped and fell.

Following the incident, the Buffalo Police Commissioner announced that the officers responsible for the incident have been suspender.
