Man Uses Hunting Bow On Protestors In Salt Lake, Car Gets Trashed, Burned
MAN USES HUNTING BOW – Following the death of George Floyd, protesters have hit the streets across the United States.
But, as people started to band together to protest, others took it upon themselves to become vigilantes for the law. Such a thing happened on Saturday in Salt Lake City when a man tried to disperse the protesters by firing a hunting bow at them.
According to an article from TMZ, some protesters blocked a part of the road in Salt Lake. However, one man seemed to have had enough and wanted to take measures in his own hands.
The man came out of his vehicle and started threatening people with his hunting bow. Afterward, a woman reportedly tried to talk to the man asking if he was American and was seriously considering firing his bow at the crowd.
The man said that he was serious and actually began some social distancing stabbing with his bow. But, after firing a few shots, one of the protesters got hit and fell to the ground.
As per the article, when the man tried shooting at some more people, he got swarmed by an angry crowd. Based on a statement from a netizen that was on the scene, the man aimed his bow at a black man. However, he saw it coming and tackled the man with the bow.
Following this, the angry crowd started to beat the man, flip his car over, and burned it to the ground. According to the woman who shot the video, when the SLC Police came, they allowed the protesters to light the man’s car on fire. After the incident, the man was taken into custody.
