DTI Releases Protocols For Dine-In Services In Restaurants
DTI – The Department of Trade and Industry recently presents protocols for dine-in services in restaurants amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

This was from an official tweet from Inquirer. The list of protocols for the said service was presented by Trade Undersecretary Ruth Castelo.
Among the protocols for the dine-in service of restaurants include the following:
- ENTRANCE
- Information posted at the entrance and other prominent or conspicuous areas about the following:
- Implementation of no mask, no entry policy
- Observance of social distancing protocols of the establishmenbt
- Regular sanitation schedule and procedures
- Among the required is a 10-minute interval for sanitation in between customers dining-in
- Availability of alternative methods of payment, if applicable
- Available of alternate methods of ordering and order pick-ups via online, text, etc.
- Client-personnel interaction guidelines
- Enforcement measures for clients who refuse to comply with the guidelines with the protocols in a way that is consistent with the law.
- Information posted at the entrance and other prominent or conspicuous areas about the following:
