Poor Infant Died After Being Denied for Admission by Hospital Despite Severe Condition

Family cursed hospital after their poor infant who’s experiencing seizure was denied for admission and was not given medical assistance died.

Previously, President Rodrigo Duterte warned government hospital along with private hospitals to not neglect and refuse to give medical attention to patients both coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients and other diseases. This prompted because of some reports that patients that have illness have been turned away by hospitals.

In Facebook post of Lyndife Anciro, a month-old child died after being denied by the hospital despite the severe condition. According to the post, the baby was already experiencing seizure so family immediately bring the baby to the nearest hospital.

However, when they arrive at the hospital they were not given assistance or first aid to the baby, they don’t even let them in. Without any check-up to the baby, the hospital declares coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as diagnosis to the baby.

Anciro clarified in her post that the baby doesn’t have COVID-19. Anciro added the baby was still fighting for its life, however, due to a long time begging of parents to the hospital the infant died.

Anciro also uploaded a video showing the family of the child begging in tears to admit their baby. As seen on the video, the mother in red shirt was carrying her poor baby who still battling for life.

Meanwhile, the post has gone viral on social media as netizens express resentment to the hospital. The post sparks outcry for justice, netizens also express their condolences.
