According to the arresting officer, Police Cpl. Jefferson Boles, the driver did not show ID from the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 response proving that he was a frontliner and could go through the fast lane.

According to the police, they asked the driver to get down of his vehicle but the driver told them “Aabalahin mo pa ba ako sa simpleng bagay na ‘yan.” His answer didn’t fazed police as they insisted him to present what they asked.

After a few minutes of discussion, he was asked for a driver’s license. However, the 53-year-old lawyer, who was identified to be living in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa, was also unlicensed, according to the report of ABS-CBN News.
