Instead of Human, a Pet Dog was Included of the Beneficiaries of SAP Aid
PET DOG – Barangay of San Jose in Rodriguez Rizal residents have a big surprise after a dog was included in the official list of SAP beneficiaries.
A resident was shocked to learn that a different name was listed on his home address. But he was even more surprised by the name listed was his pet dog.
In a Twitter post by Mark Makalalad of Super Radio DZBB on Friday, Nurharija Lim Rosqueta said he was surprised to see his dog “Margarita” Lim Rosqueta’s name on the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) beneficiary list. The pet owner’s surname usually puts the pet’s name on its medical record.
Nurharija even presented his ID to the barangay to confirm that the address on the masterlist was his home address. The barangay staff could not explain why the name “Margarita” was listed.
As a result, Nurhariya did not get the help so she complained to the barangay. She was very disappointed for misunderstanding and possibly anomaly of the barangay as she queues on long line and wet because of the rain, but coming home failed.
Previously, two barangays in Manila were under investigation after they include names of their constituents who are already dead for years. Two barangays are included in the fifty barangay Metro Manila to be summoned with show cause order by the Manila government for alleged corruption in the cash aid from the Social Amelioration Program of the government.
