In their recent travel advisory dated 12th of May, 2020, it is due to the implementation of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine over the capital Metro Manila.

The airlines further urged passengers on cancelled flights to settle their bookings through their websites before their scheduled dates. You can access it here.

As usual, passengers can choose any of the following choices:

  • Free Rebook
    • Rebook to any other date within three months. This is free as the airlines waived rebooking fees and fare differences.
  • Full Travel Fund
    • They could place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund which is valid within one year.

As per the advisory, should the travel fund be unused within one year, they can apply for a full refund.

For passengers who have booked flights from June 1 to September 30, they have the option to change their travel plans with the same options but with fare difference if they choose to rebook.
