Here’s what KC Concepcion said about her life in Paris and what she feels amid lockdown
Actress KC Concepcion shared the comparison she made between her life back in Paris, France when she was still studying and now amid the lockdown.
KC has been updating her followers on social media of her daily activities at home amid the enhanced community quarantine. Just recently, she shared a realization. With that, she posted a throwback photo with her family that was taken in 2008 during her graduation.
“Forever thankful that my parents sent me away to Europe for university. 5 years of growing from a teen to a twenty-something. In a new home that hardly spoke English at all (I had to learn everryything from banking to groceries to doctors visits in French,” she shared.
Because of that, she adapted to the environment that was unfamiliar to her at first. As time went by, she blended with the culture, places and people in that foreign land.
KC shared that what she felt before in Paris has a great resemblance to what she is feeling amid the lockdown. “Funny thing is, I feel like I’m back there now, thrown into something new, something unfamiliar, something different… and succeeding in the situations you find yourself in… as we all learn so much more about how to do LIFE in these bewildering times,” she said.
She feels that she might know what tomorrow will bring but she keeps on going with the flow. With this, the actress shared her conclusion that the current situation is creating something inside of each person.
“What are YOU learning these days that you know you’ll be a better person for?” KC Concepcion said as she encouraged her social media followers to share their thoughts.
