Rappler’s co-founder Maria Ressa has finally issued a public apology over mistakes during the interview and clarified that ABS-CBN has 11, 000 workers.

Earlier, it has been reported that the Pinay journalist Maria Ressa told Beverly of The World by ABC News Australia that ABS-CBN has 11 million employees during a live interview regarding the network’s closure.

The 56-year-old journalist also gives further details and information about the ABS-CBN network. She continued to answer the questions during the live interview without noticing her mistake about her statement.

Recently, Maria Ressa has issued a public apology on her Twitter page stating that she made a mistake during the interview. The newscaster mistakenly said that the Kapamilya network has 11 million workers instead of 11,000.

Ressa also clarified in her recent post that the ABS-CBN has 11,000 employees only. She explained that her mind raced ahead on market cap causing her to make mistake during the interview.
