This was confirmed by the local City Police Office spokesperson Police Lieutenant Colonel Ariel Pico, according to SunStar.

The said four officers were identified Patrolman Philip Cueto, Patrolman Reenmar Bemil, Corporal Chrismar Leduna, and Corporal Rusty Nino.

The directive, which has taken effect on May 6, was signed by BCPO director Colonel Henry Binas.

Gever was reassigned to the BCPO Admin Section while Station 8 will be occupied by Police Executive Master Sergeant Voltaire Sy, Admin Section officer of BCPO. The other four personnel were also designated to the BCPO headquarters.

As per the report, they were relieved from their post after they were said to fail in complying with Binas’ directive on implementing enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) within their scope of responsibility.

Pico lastly said that there will be more reshuffling of police officers at BCPO.

“It’s a reminder to our police station commanders to do their part and supervise their personnel to ensure that they are doing their job,”
