Netizens slam this MMDA employee for beating his wife and stepchild
An MMDA employee who was beating his wife and stepchild was caught on video and this brought out fury from the online community.
As they say, the family is the basic unit of society where, primarily, the good values are being developed. In the home, a child can first experience being loved. However, this child experienced the contrary.
On the Facebook Page of Basketball is Life – Philippines, a heart-wrenching video of a family conflict was shared. According to the caption of the post, the man who was beating his wife and stepchild is an MMDA employee identified as Roel Gatos.
It can be seen in the video, with over 62 thousand shares already as of press time, that Gatos was first beating his wife while the mother was telling her child to record what is happening.
The next part of the video showed that the man did the same heartless act to the child who was begging him to stop and was asking help from the mother. It can be heard also in the video that another child was crying who also a witness of this heartbreaking scenario.
The MMDA employee was heard saying “pinipilit niyo ako” in one part of the video. Before the viral video ended, photos of Roel Gatos were shared. Because of this, several netizens expressed their fury. Here are some of the comments.
