Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto has spoken about the controversial background that suddenly appeared during his recent video conference with the Foreign Correspondents Association of the Philippines (FOCAP).

The online community expressed various reactions in the said FB Live interview when an image of a man who appeared to be wearing nothing suddenly appeared. That time Mayor Vico was still explaining his answer regarding the lockdown but it can be seen that he had a sort of momentary shock before continuing.

With regard to that, netizens got curious about Ann Gregorio, the person whose name appeared on the controversial background. Several social media users are wondering who she is.

Just recently, Mayor Vico Sotto has spoken about this in his Twitter post. He shared that they had a video conference with Senator Win Gatchalian regarding the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) exit strategy. The young politician even shared a photo of a laptop flashing the image of the senator.

“#atm. Zoom Conference with Sen. Win, mayors, and policy experts. Discussion centered on ECQ exit strategy. Kailangan maayos ang plano- mula transportasyon hanggang testing,” he wrote.

The second part of his caption served as his postscript and it was about the controversial background. “P.s. Thankfully, this Zoom Conference, walang participant na nag-background ng naka-B*LD,” Mayor Vico added.
