PAGASA – Easterlies To Affect The Country This April 21, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) this April 21, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau states that the easterlies or the warm winds from the east will affect the eastern section of the country.
According to GMA News, the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Surigao Del Norte and Dinagat Islands.
The bureau warned the public of flash floods or landslides that might occur especially during severe thunderstorms.
The easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
As per the report, for the forecast wind speed, northern Luzon will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the southeast to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction also with slight to moderate coastal waters.
