Just like others, Ellen Adarna experienced ghosting also

In one of her posts, she apparently admitted that she and John Lloyd Cruz already ended their relationship. Seemingly, the previous rumors that they are just co-parenting their son Elias Modesto appeared to have a basis.

Ellen recently revealed also that she is now in a long-distance relationship with Carlos Lemus. The former actress has posted photos of the said guy on her Instagram account.

In spite of being known as a woman with a strong personality and beautiful physical features, Ellen Adarna experienced ghosting also as what she admitted in a question-and-answer session with her Instagram followers, based on the article from ABS-CBN.

She revealed that the man, who she did not identify, ghosted her and tried to win her back. “He came back two weeks after with flowers and I told myself, ‘No, I was fine without you and I’ll be fine without you.’ I never chased,” Ellen shared.

During that time, the celebrity mom said that she has been giving herself affirmation of her value. “I gave myself pep talks that I am a strong, independent, and confident woman and I do not deserve a boy like that. He’s not worth chasing. I never chased,” she said.

Ellen is thankful that her father, Alan Modesto Adarna, has done a great job in raising her to be a strong, independent woman.

“He would always tell me and remind me that I am a strong girl. [Now] that I am a parent… I’ve been reading about how you should give affirmations to your kids and how you should program your minds. It’s true. I think my dad programmed me to be a strong person,” she added.

With this, the former actress is also starting to this with her son. She said that “when you tell these things, these affirmations to someone, especially when you start them young, they believe it. They start to believe it and it happens.”

Through this trait, Ellen knows that she is in the secured side and she would easily accept that feelings come and go. However, she will be okay since she knows that it will just pass.
