Recently, the Facebook page of Senator Manny Pacquiao shared video footage of his men handing out some relief goods to street dwellers who are homeless and greatly affected by the public health crisis and enhanced community quarantine.

They are the Filipinos who are homeless and therefore not registered in a village. They also do not have an ID that can indicate their identity if they are residents in the area. As a result, they are having difficulties to get assistance from the government.
