The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the tail end of a cold front (TECF) will affect the eastern section of Central Luzon.

According to GMA News, the said weather system will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Quezon and Camarines Norte. The bureau warned of possible flash floods or landslides especially during severe thunderstorms.

Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao and Aurora will face cloudy skies with isolated rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow. Gusty conditions might occur in these provinces, especially in coastal areas.

The northeasterly surface windflow will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains over Ilocos Region and CAR.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country, will face partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. The bureau warned of possible flash floods or landslides especially during severe thunderstorms.

As per the report, for Northern Luzon, they will have rough coastal waters with waves up to 4 meters.

Central Luzon and the eastern section of Southern Luzon will have moderate to rough coastal waters. Lastly, the rest of the country will have slight to moderate coastal waters.

The sun has risen at 5:44 AM and will set at 6:10 PM.
