Amid the prevailing enhanced community quarantine throughout the country due to the widespread outbreak of (COVID-19), many of our fellow countrymen are starving because most of them stopped working.

Many people are living under the line of extreme poverty due to suspension of jobs and other businesses to prevent the spread of virus. With this, local residents and workers feel the burden of its financial impact.

Recently, a concerned netizen named Bhong David shared a video footage where an alleged construction worker was caught standing on the railings of the bridge attempting to jump off.

In the video, lady police officer suddenly stops him and make him calm down. She asked the construction worker why he would jump off the bridge.

The man on video seems depressed and unable to speak properly when he was asked. The incident takes place on Jaro, Iloilo City. The police officer invited him at the police station to talk about his problem why he tries to take his own life.
