PAGASA – Latest Weather Update This April 3, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this April 3, 2020.

The latest weather update from the bureau states that the warm winds from the east or easterlies will still affect the eastern section of the Philippines while the northeasterly surface windflow will affect extreme north Luzon.

According to GMA News, the northeasterly surface windflow will bring cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

Meanwhile, the capital, as well as the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms.

Based in the report, for the forecast wind speed, extreme north Luzon will have moderate to strong wind that are moving in the northeast to east direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
