Syrian Vlogger Gives His Groceries to Stranger Walking on the Street

Kind-hearted Syrian vlogger decided to gives away the groceries he waited for two hours to the stranger on the street who asked for P10.

Famous vlogger and philanthropist Basel Manadil also known as The Hungry Syrian Wanderer with a Filipino heart despite being Syrian. Basel does not hesitate to help the people in need, who are almost beyond measure.

Basel did random act of kindness again to the stranger he just seen on the street amid the threat of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the Philippines. Basel feel pity to the man who still on the street carrying a sack of garbage.

In his vlog, Basel did some grocery shopping to supply himself that will last for two weeks. He waited and line for two hours just to finish his grocery.

He shared, “Waiting for long queues and spending two hours or more inside the grocery is now the new norm. After getting my food supply for 2 weeks I couldn’t help but notice this man collecting cartons on my way home and decided to follow him and gave him some of my groceries.”

Meanwhile, on his way home after he finished shopping he saw a man trying to pick up discarded cartons on the street to earn some money.

 Basel decided to stop and asked the man and offer him half of his groceries. The stranger even asked for a few coins but much to the man’s surprise, Basel handed him his box of groceries.

In the video, the man can be seen flattered and shed with tears because of happiness and blessings he received from the kind hearted vlogger. Basel reminds everyone to be kind and compassionate amid crisis the country facing these days.
