PAGASA – Latest Weather Update This March 31, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 31, 2020.

The bureau’s latest update states that the warm winds from the east or easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the Philippines.

According to GMA News, the easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the capital Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country.

Based on the report, for the forecast wind speed, the eastern section of the country will have moderate winds that is moving eastward with moderate coastal waters.

Extreme north Luzon, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds that are moving i n the east to southeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the Philippines will have light to moderate winds moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
