Netizen Slams QC Gov’t for Using This Alleged Dump Truck to Deliver Goods
A concerned netizen slams the QC government for allegedly using a dump truck as transportation of relief goods to be delivered to residents.
Previously, The Quezon City government earned various reactions and criticisms from the netizens. Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte has been the most controversial mayors of today amid the coronavirus crisis in the Philippines.
She has been criticized and accused of lacking effort and being missing in action by the residents of Quezon City. While Mayors Vico Sotto, Isko Moreno, and other public officials are being admired on social media.
Recently, a concerned resident took social media to share another controversial activity of Quezon City government. She exposed an alleged truck used for transportation of relief goods to be delivered to residents, was garbage truck.
Netizen Carol Claudio expressed disgust after seeing that relief goods were treated like garbage and asked why the government didn’t respect the food they’re giving to their constituents.

The photo has gone viral on social media as many of Belmonte’s critics shared it. Meanwhile, Pasong Tamo Captain Emmanuel “Banjo” Pilar claimed that the truck on the viral photo is not a garbage truck, but a utility vehicle.
“Bilang paglilinaw, nais namin ipahahayag sa publiko na ang ginamit na truck sa paghahakot ng relief goods para sa mga residente ng Barangay Pasong Tamo, Qc. ay isang Cargo/Utiliy Truck na ginagamit sa maraming pangangailangan ng barangay lalo na sa oras ng kalamidad. Maraming salamat po!” Pilar said.
