Amid the ongoing ‘Enhance Community Quarantine’ in Luzon declared by President Rodrigo Duterte as prevention from the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Many netizens were amazed and shocked by the new beauty of Manila Bay. However, the place remains polluted as the silt has most likely sunk to the bottom.
