Man Violates Curfew In Tagbilaran City, Arrested For Drugs
TAGBILARAN CITY – A man was halted at the checkpoint in Tagbilaran City for not observing the curfew, gets arrested due to found drugs in his possession.
Based on an article from Bohol Chronicles, recovered from the man, identified as Genesis Sepe, aged 26 of Barangay Dampas in the said city, were packs of illegal drugs. Police flagged Sepe down at aroind 11 PM on Tuesday.
The violator was also reconized as a drug offender and was recently released via a ple barganing deal.
The Proncial Mobile Force Company of the local city police. which commandeered the checkpoint, required Sepe to present the license and registration. During that time, they unintentionally found sachets of shabu that fell from his ring.
Police also found two more of these sachets upon further probe.The violator is now under the custody of the local city police.
As per the report, he will fave charges for curfew violation and possession of illegal drugs. The city government imposed a curfet from 9 PM up to 5 PM, while the entire Bohol is under a community quarantine due to COVID-19.
