Video footage of an apartment resident who throws a bag of water to stubborn residents who won’t stay inside the house goes viral.
After the government declared the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon, authorities started to implement stricter rules and regulations in order to prevent the continued spread of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
The Philippine government is implementing stricter rules and regulations in every city and municipality as a part of the lockdown protocols. Everyone is advised to stay at home for a month or so as much as possible. On the other hand, for important matters, people are still allowed to go out.
Recently, video footage shared by a Facebook netizen named Robert Solis Teng shows stubborn residents who still hang outside of their home despite the strict implementation of stay at home policy to prevent the continuous spread of the virus.
In the video, a group of stubborn people can be seen that are still hanging outside. Suddenly, a resident on the upper floor who seems pissed and annoyed because of their refractory throws a bag full of water.
The bag of water hardly hit a person on the head as seen on the video while others scream as they were shocked. Meanwhile, other netizens express various reactions.
Some netizens said that they deserved it because they are stubborn and unable to follow a simple policy to prevent the spread of the virus. While others were concerned and worry about the person who had been hardly struck by the bag of water.
