SHARON CUNETA – Veteran actress and dubbed as Megastar Sharon Cuneta shares some photos of her “revenge body” for Gabby Concepcion.
As much as we are all aware of, Megastar Sharon Cuneta and actor Gabby Concepcion are among the most iconic artists of the industry and the two of them made the most iconic love during their time. They got married at quite a young age and have a daughter whom we have all known and loved, KC Concepcion.
And now, in a look back during the 1980s from The Sharon Cuneta Show, the megastar shared a photo of her at 109 lbs. which she called as her “revenge body” for her ex-husband. That time, they just got separated after a secret civil wedding on July 23, 1984 followed by a grand church wedding at the Manila Cathedral on September 23, 1984. Their marriage ended in 1987.
“This was just after my marriage fell apart. Revenge body. Hahaha! Yung belt pinahiram ng isang dancer ko sa akin and it was made of stretch material kaya nakakainis para akong may bilbil when halos buto buto na ako dyan!” says the veteran actress in her post as she fondly recalls about this part of her life.
In the photo, she is wearing a black tanga, or high-cut underwear which a popular fashion statement at that particular time. She was then still hosting The Sharon Cuneta Show (TSCS) on IBC-13 which aired from September 1986 to February 1988. This show also became a Sunday night staple from March 1988 to June 15, 1997 in ABS-CBN network.
