PAGASA – Latest Weather Update This March 23, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 23, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the bureau states that the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean will affect the entire archipelagic country.

According to GMA News, the capital Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country, will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

The bureau warned of flash floods or landslides that might occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon and the rest of the archipelago will face slight to moderate waters.

As per the report, the sun has risen at about 5:58 AM and will set at 6:07 PM.
