PAGASA – Amihan To Affect Luzon On March 16, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 16, 2020.

The latest weather update from the bureau states that the northern monsoon or amihan will affect Luzon, bringing cloudy skies and rains on the area on this day.
According to GMA News, cloudy skies with rains will be faced by Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro.
Metro Manila, as well as the rest of Luzon, meanwhile, will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.
On the other hand, the entire Visayas and Mindanao will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. The bureau warned of flash floods or landslides that might occur especially during severe thunmderstorms.
As per the report, northern Luzon and the eastern section of Luzon will face moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country, meanwhile, will face slight to moderate coastal waters.
The sun has risen at 6:03 AM and will set at aroud 6:07 PM.
