One Of Eight San Juan COVID-19 Cases In Stable Condition
SAN JUAN COVID-19 CASES – One of the eight confirmed cases of COVID-19 in San Juan is now in stable condition, the local mayor said.
According to GMA News, local mayor Francis Zamora said in a statement that the patient is now in stable condition and receives proper care and treatment.
“She is now in stable condition and receiving proper care and treatment,”
He further addressed allegations that the patient escaped from city officials and policemen.
“When test results confirmed that she was positive for COVID-19 last March 11, she headed to a private hospital that she preferred,”Â
“However, the hospital could not accommodate her anymore so the City Health and the PNP (Philippine National Police) escorted her to a different hospital for immediate treatment,”
As per the report, the nation has about 52 infections as of Thursday (March 13), according to the DOH (Department of Health).
President Rodrigo Duterte also placed the capital Metro Manila under community quarantine after the continued increase of cases.
Concerned government agencies are currently working on the guidelines of domestic travel ban to and fro the capital following the order from the Executive Chief.
