Raging Vendor Throwing Goods Punch by Enforcer Elicits Reactions Online

Video footage of a raging vendor throwing her goods to the Public Order & Safety Office (POSO) enforcer goes viral after one of the enforcers punch her in the face.

Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) will continue the national road clearing operation with regards to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s order. The goal of Duterte’s administration is to remove all the illegal structures on the roads.

Illegal street vendors and other things obstructing the road will be removed. As the government aims to reduce traffic congestions along the road.

However, several street vendors are stubborn, vendors expressing their disappointment and resentment towards the clearing enforcers for their inhumane imposition of the program. Abusive personnel was allegedly confiscating goods in a disrespectful manner.

Recently, a concerned netizen named Patrick Jan Inopia shares video footage of intense commotion between a raging vendor and POSO enforcers during the clearing operations.

In the video, a woman vendor can be seen raging and throwing her goods to the enforcers. Enforcers keep calm and ignored the raging lady. Some of them are keeping her calm and stop her from throwing but she still continues.

Later on, when he hit an enforcer near him, the enforcer suddenly punches her. The vendor nearly lost consciousness after being punch by an enforcer.

POSO teams immediately help her and after she falls down because of the sudden punch. Other residents also came to help her. The uploader exposed the face of the enforcer who punches the vendor.
